The idea has survived two years of good intentions

You have watched the YC videos. You have the Notion doc, the competitor spreadsheet, and three versions of a landing page, the last one rebuilt at one in the morning.

And the idea is still an idea.

That is not a knowledge problem. It is a structure problem. Nothing is due on Friday. Nobody is waiting for it. And when the reasoning is wrong, there is nobody in the room who has been wrong that way before.

Startup School fixes those three things and nothing else. Three months, work sized for the hours you can genuinely protect, and an operator who looks at it every week and tells you the truth. You come out either holding something worth building your life around, or holding a clear answer, having risked nothing that mattered.

    What you walk out with

    Outcomes, not modules completed.

A problem you can prove people have

Not your assumption. Transcripts from real conversations, gathered in the hours you actually have.

    A product real people use

Small, ugly, and actually used. Shipped in weeks, not polished for two years.

    Your first paying customer

The milestone that separates a project from a company. Money changing hands, from someone who owes you nothing.

A number, not a feeling, behind the next decision

Revenue, pipeline and reserves on one page, so the call about what this becomes gets made on evidence rather than on a good week.

    Clean books from day one

Entity, cap table, founder agreement, and the paperwork you are already bound by. Cheap to sort now, expensive to unpick later.

Or a clear no, early enough to matter

Some ideas should die. Month three is a fine time to find out. Year three is not.

    Twelve weeks, three phases

Every item has a deadline and a mentor who signs it off. Sized for about ten hours a week, so it survives a demanding job or a final year. Full-time on it? You will simply get further. You cannot tick your own homework.

We run an equity accelerator and a startup studio, and some of the strongest applicants were people we had to turn away: students, engineers, product managers and consultants who knew their industry cold, had a real problem, and had built nothing yet. They did not need capital. They needed three months of structure, and someone senior looking at the work every week. That is what this is.

    What it costs, in full

No hidden fees, and the auto-renewal is stated plainly.

    Review fee

One time, non-refundable, paid right after you submit the application form.

    ₹499

    Membership, months 1 to 3

Charged only if you are accepted. Includes 4 live 1:1 sessions a month.

    ₹12,000/mo

    Alumni membership, month 4 onwards

Continues automatically so you keep your sessions and the library. Cancel anytime.

    ₹3,000/mo

All prices exclude GST, added at the applicable rate. Cancelling stops future charges and your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not take equity in your company.

Another way to look at ₹12,000

    ₹3,000

per 1:1 hour with someone who has built and sold a company. Consultants charge multiples of that and are not accountable for your outcome.

    ₹400

a day. The honest comparison is not another course. It is another two years where the idea stays an idea, and you find out nothing either way.

Be honest about which one you are

We reject people. It is kinder than taking money for the wrong programme.

    Apply

    • You have an idea you cannot let go of, and have not yet turned it into a company
    • You are a student, a working professional, between jobs, or already full-time on this
    • You can protect at least 10 hours a week, in whatever hours you actually have
    • You want someone to tell you when your reasoning is weak

    Do not

    • You want to be told your idea is good rather than find out whether it is
    • You already have traction and need capital (apply to the Accelerator)
    • You want a certificate more than a company
    • You go quiet the moment the week gets busy

    Questions worth asking

Yes. Sessions are booked from your portal, evenings and weekends included, and every deliverable is sized for roughly ten hours a week. If you are full-time on your idea you will simply move through the same work faster and use the extra sessions harder. The founders who struggle here are not the busy ones. They are the ones who never put the hours in the calendar in the first place.
