This policy applies to payments made to Raone Global Management Private Limited, operating as LVL1 Accelerator ("LVL1"), for programmes and services on lvl1accelerator.com. Where a signed programme agreement sets different terms, the agreement prevails.
1. Application review fee (₹499)
The review fee pays for a team review of your application. It is charged once, is non-refundable, and is not credited against any later fee, whether or not your application is accepted.
2. Startup School membership
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the portal, or by emailing hello@lvl1accelerator.com. Cancellation stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for.
Charged months. Fees already charged are not refunded, except: (a) if you cancel within seven days of your first membership charge and have attended no more than one live session, the first month is refunded in full; (b) if LVL1 cancels your cohort or ends your membership other than for breach, the unused part of the current month is refunded pro-rata; and (c) duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.
Alumni membership. After the three-month programme, membership continues at the alumni rate unless you cancel. We email you before the first alumni charge. Alumni months already charged are not refunded.
Unused sessions do not carry over between months and are not refunded.
3. Startup Studio, Accelerator and Fundraising Support
These programmes are governed by their signed agreements. Where a fee is payable, its refund terms are set out there.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, normally within seven to ten business days of approval. Bank processing times may add a few days. GST on a refunded amount is refunded with it, and a credit note is issued against the original invoice.
5. Failed and disputed payments
If a recurring charge fails, we retry and notify you. Access may be suspended if a fee remains unpaid seven days after its due date. If you believe a charge is wrong, email hello@lvl1accelerator.com before raising a dispute with your bank so we can resolve it faster.
